These terms of service establish the agreement between you and the platform regarding use of all compliance monitoring, penalty alert, document management, earnings tracking, and AI assistance features. By creating an account or accessing any feature, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
The platform provides automated monitoring tools for New York City for-hire vehicle operators. We scan publicly available city and state databases to check for new summonses, license status changes, vehicle registration updates, and insurance document expirations. We deliver alerts through email, text message, and push notifications. We offer optional automatic penalty payment through the Ticket Shield feature. Important: we are an information and monitoring service, not a law firm, and nothing on this platform constitutes legal advice.
The platform offers monthly subscription plans at published rates. All plans are billed monthly in advance and may be cancelled at any time without early termination fees. Our savings guarantee applies to qualifying subscribers as described on the pricing page. Refund requests for eligible charges are reviewed and processed within 10 business days of receipt.
